Shipping policy

Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders have a processing time of 24-48 hours, and shipping is between 2 – 7 working days. If an item is stated ‘pre-order’ TAT is dependent on time stated on item. You will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your order once it has been sent.

During the check out process, you should specify any special delivery instructions.

 

Please note, standard USPS delivery does enable the item to be tracked. TPPB can not be responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. Once an item has been marked delivered by USPS we cannot be held responsible. It is up to you to contact your local post office for information.
